Моя любимая блогер, автор Королевства Стиля, расписала, сколько ловушек расставили в онлайн shop английского бренда: I have just been infuriated way beyond the realms of anger by the ordering system and subsequent customer service of NEXT.

Last week I made the mistake of trying to order something online from Next. This is my first dealing with the shop and I believed them to be a trustworthy and reliable business. So far, so wrong.

My first problem was that they site wouldn't accept my debit card, inspite of me having used the card only hours before. After several attempts, I ended up phoning my order instead. Whilst on the phone, it became apparent that they simply filled the order online, on your behalf, therefore they still couldn't accept my debit card. Reluctantly I gave them my credit card details instead.

 So my order was placed and was going to be delivered today. I was resentful that they didn't deliver to work addresses, which is massively inconvenient in itself as it meant I would have to wait in on a Saturday, but by that time I was so sick of trying to order from the site, I had resigned myself to waiting in.

 So today I have waited in ALL DAY. 8 hours. But no delivery. I phoned Next, a call which I pay for, who then tell me there is no order! I am livid! Not only have I wasted all day waiting for an order the incompetant moron in Next's customer service's desk never actually places, but I am suddenly hit with the realisation that I have given all of my details to someone, unknown to me, who didn't input them into Next's system. My date of birth, my address, my credit card number, the security number, – everything this woman needs to use my card fruadulently!

I am waiting on Next calling me back to resolve this. But please, think twice about using Next. I asked for the phone records to be checked to see who she was, as she definitely took all my details down, going as far to repeat the card details back to me, but clearly had no intention of inputting them into the system. I have to ask myself why. I hope it's just because she was incredibly stupid. But please be careful if you do want to order over the phone. Next don't appear to have any way of checking their records to see who might have been manning the calls, so if they should use your card, you have no way of knowing who it was.
